What is Luxuria Moment?
Luxuria Moment is a luxury event marketplace that connects you with curated, premium event professionals – décor stylists, bartenders, fragrance bar hosts, planners, entertainers, and more. You can browse services, book securely online, and manage everything in one place.
How do I book a service?

You can book in a few simple steps:

  1. Browse services on LuxuriaMoment.com.
  2. Select your service, event date, and details.
  3. Submit your reservation request and complete payment.
  4. Receive confirmation once your provider accepts.

All payments and communication stay inside the platform for your protection.

Is my payment safe?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted global payment platform. Luxuria Moment uses an escrow-style system, so funds are held safely until your service is completed.
What does “In Escrow” mean?
In Escrow means your payment has been successfully captured and is being held securely. The provider doesn’t receive the funds until your event is completed and the service is marked as done.
Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount?

Yes – many providers allow you to pay a deposit or retainer. When this option is enabled:

  • You pay a percentage upfront to secure the booking.
  • The remaining balance is automatically charged 14 days before your event.
  • If your event is less than 14 days away, full payment is required.
When is my final balance charged?
If you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance is charged 14 days before your event date. You’ll receive reminders before any scheduled charge is processed.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellation and refund rules are set by each provider and shown clearly before you confirm your booking. Any eligible refunds are processed automatically according to those terms.
Can I modify my reservation after booking?
You can request changes to dates, times, or details, but they must be approved by your provider. Use the in-platform messaging inside your reservation to coordinate adjustments directly.
Do I communicate directly with my provider?
Yes. Once your booking request is submitted or confirmed, secure messaging is available between you and your provider to finalize details, timing, and expectations.
What happens if my provider cancels?
In the rare case a provider cancels, you’ll receive a full refund for any captured payments. Where possible, Luxuria Moment will help you find an alternative provider for your event date.
Are providers vetted?
Yes. Luxuria Moment curates providers based on quality, professionalism, and alignment with our luxury brand. Providers complete onboarding, verification and Stripe setup before going live.
