1. Platform Overview
Luxuria Moment operates as an online marketplace connecting customers with independent luxury service providers. We do not provide event services directly.
2. Account Use
Users must be 18 years or older and provide truthful information when creating accounts.
Account credentials must be kept secure and confidential.
3. Bookings & Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe Connect. Customers may pay in full or via deposit when available.
Remaining balances for deposit bookings are charged automatically 14 days prior to event date, or immediately if the booking occurs within 14 days.
4. Funds & Payouts
Captured payments enter escrow after customer payment.
Providers receive payouts 24–48 hours after event completion verification.

- Released — payouts transferred to provider accounts
5. Platform Fees
Luxuria Moment charges a 10% service fee deducted from payouts.
6. Disputes
Users agree to attempt good-faith resolution directly.
Luxuria Moment may mediate or freeze escrow funds during investigation.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account for violations of Terms or platform misuse.
